ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS.
By placing an order with Starz Apparel, you acknowledge and agree that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances once an order has been placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Wrong size ordered

Incorrect color selected

Change of mind

Buyer’s remorse

Ordering by mistake

Shipping delays

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Please Read Before Purchasing
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all order details carefully before checkout, including size, color, quantity, and shipping information. Once the order is submitted, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of deliverywith clear photo evidence.
If approved, a replacement may be issued at our sole discretion.
Refunds will NOT be provided.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from Starz Apparel, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes related to non-refundable purchases. Attempted chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
